I met Paul through a mutual friend to assist me in selling my home, and Paul did his job well, he kept me informed on everything every step of the selling process, he even told me the buyers wanted to start work on my home BEFORE the closing and Paul said it’s my decision but he would highly advise against it, I took his advice. A couple years later I starting looking for a new home and immediately called Paul without hesitation for help, I showed him all the homes I wanted to view and at times it was a lot and he was excellent on getting back to me almost immediately with shortening the list by his expertise advice, he knew what I was looking for and set up times to view homes and gave me his honest opinion on the home, location of the home, and knowing my needs saying it’s not the house for you, let’s keep looking After several dozen homes i finally found a home and Paul was there every step of the buying process, it was painless. Paul doesn’t try to get you in the first house and move on to his next client, he learned my wants and needs and found me a good fit home Paul doesn’t sell you a house, he sells you a place you call home. I will refer Paul to everyone I know and use in again and again, without hesitation Thank you Paul!

Paul helped us to purchase a new house and then sell the old one. Paul doesn’t try to sell you a house, he tries to find you the best house for you. A couple of houses, after getting up early on a weekend and meeting us there, he even said something like “this isn’t the house for you”. He knows the market and knows what a house is worth. He is honest with you about what you can get in your price range and looks for houses in the range that you want. He has no interest in selling you the most expensive house a bank thinks you can afford. We ended up with the best possible house for us. Paul also helped us to sell a house. He went above and beyond to help us through the process. He is responsive, friendly and always keeps you in the loop. I bought my first house with Paul a long time ago and would not consider working with another agent. Before we were serious about buying we went to a few open houses where agents tried to sell us. Paul works for you, he doesn’t need to sell as quickly as possible because of his reputation as truly working in his clients interest. I never write reviews, but Paul is so good that people should know.
