Sorry for the first rating, we never had the opportunity to meet Paul Friello as he is evidently the Broker for this particular Coldwell Banker office. All of our questions, appointments and guidance; from showing to closing, on and off site was provided via William Lane. Mr. Lane clearly answered all of our questions and concerns throughout the process, as well as potential problems and some options to circumvent and\or resolve them. Amazing service and response time from my agent Joe Firth and his team. Everything from initial contact to the purchase of our new home was done professionally and immediate.

Paul was very straight forward and professional; very easy to work with and got our house sold on three days.

Three words “Priced to Sell”. We were provided with hard facts, if we wanted to sell and sell quickly the bottom line comparative to the market was put in front of us. You know what? Our house sold quickly- while many that were listed long before ours remain listed. We got a reasonable sale- and we’ve moved onto our new home without looking back.

Very helpful, listened to what we needed, was always available if we needed something and gave good solid advice.

We highly recommend Paul Friello if you are selling/buying a home!! Paul sold our house quickly and tirelessly helped us to find and purchase our new house. Paul was always available to take our calls and/or to answer our texts and made us feel extremely comfortable during the whole buying/selling process. Thanks to Paul's hard work, we are now living in our dream home!

The tools in Place really helped keep the lines of communication open so we knew what was going on at all times.

Paul Friello & his awesome team are by far the most competent folks we dealt with during our first time experience buying a home. When it came down to negotiations, Paul was very aggressive & direct. We can't thank him enough for helping us every step of the way. His candid opinions is what we valued the most. Whenever we had questions, our call was always returned in minutes. While we interviewed many Realtors, Paul stood out like a sore thumb (in a good way), it was no brainer for us. If you are looking for a good, knowledgeable, competent & aggressive agent, Paul's the man.

We've put the house up for sale a few times over the past few years. Jenn is the first one to really personalize the sale, was very good at keeping us informed every step of the way, always making sure she got information pertaining to the sale as soon as she could, and making sure any bumps in the road were addressed right away.

We felt our realtor was not working for her clients but for her own benefit (Christine Frith).

Our agent was the consummate professional; timely and responsive to our inquiries, showing us high quality homes, and lived up to all promises and expectations.

Willie was great to work with and provided constant updates and was always there to answer our questions. If only the buyer's realtor had half the initiative that Willie exhibited. The photographer did an amazing job showing the potential our house had. There isn't one complaint or area of improvement I can come up with. Thanks to the entire team for making this happen!
