Paul is a straight forward guy who doesn't beat around the bush.I had a great experience with him buying my first home.I would send anyone I knew looking to make a purchase his way.Although I was only a 74,000 dollar sale I was treated like I was making a million dollar purchase.

Paul did a great job. He knows the area and knows how the market operates. He has the experience to make the house selling and buying process easier and less stressful. He also has a team that is responsive to your needs.

From start to finish a fantastic experience. Paul Friello sold our house within one week at the price we wanted. He negotiated excellently with the buyer and was always there at the end of the telephone to help with any queries or difficulties we had. Well done Paul and his team !!!

My wife and I met with another agent and weren’t impressed and we contacted Paul as he was highly recommended. He came to us and couldn’t have been nicer and answered all of our questions and gave us great advice. Paul was a terrific no nonsense realtor. He knew the market he did his homework every week and he called me to keep me informed I didn't need to call him he made my selling experience quick and easy.

Jennifer Whipple was very helpful in helping us set up the selling of our house. She kept us informed in all that was going on. After we had moved to Florida, she hired a "Junk Man" to clear out the things from the house that we didn't take. Then, she returned the TV cable equipment for us, which saved us $400.

Paul was a pleasure to work with. My mother and I could not be more pleased with Paul and his team. From the moment the house was listed, we had multiple appointments- daily! Joe Frith did a great job helping us sell our house. Being remote from the sale location would have been much harder without Joe's hard work.

He was very accurate with the amount of time he told us it would take to sell our property. Everything went smoothly without stressing me out.
